IT and Data Governance - Given the magnitude and complexity of research conducted within ORD, strong IT and data infrastructure is a prerequisite to success. In order for the VA to retain its position at the forefront of scientific discovery, it must develop a comprehensive strategy and governance model to align resources, organize systems, and standardize processes at the intersection of IT, data, and research.
