Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a highly prevalent, chronic psychiatric disorder that imposes a major health burden on our returning Veterans. Moreover, PTSD is associated with marked occupational and social dysfunction, and high degrees of psychiatric and medical comorbidity.
